1. This promotion is only open to new players who sign up to Betfair between 10th February 2012 and 3rd May 2012 and are tracked to pokertableratings.com under partner id 26432.
2. Players who become affiliated to pokertableratings.com after 3rd May 2012 are not eligible to participate.
3. No person who already holds a Betfair account prior to February 10th 2012 shall be permitted to participate in this promotion.
4. The promotion will be divided as follows:
   • 8 weekly races running every Friday from 00:00:01 GMT to 23:59:59 GMT every Thursday, beginning 2nd March 2012 and ending on 3rd May 2012 for a total of 8 individual weeks ("Weekly Promotional Period") - 30th March 2012 - 5th April 2012 will be a half time break with no weekly prize.
   • 1st Half will run from 2nd March 2012 at 00:00:01 GMT and end on 29th March at 23:59:59 GMT, for a total of 4 weeks ("1st Half Promotional Period").
   • 2nd Half will run from 6th April 2012 at 00:00:01 GMT and end on 3rd May at 23:59:59 GMT, for a total of 4 weeks ("2nd Half Promotional Period").
5. Prizes will be awarded for each individual weekly race as well as for each Half, based on the number of points a player earns over an individual race week or an entire half. Visit the rules section for details on how to earn points, prize details and leaderboard updates.
6. By entering this promotion, you agree to Betfair sending your details to any supplier required in the ordering, delivery or fulfillment of your prize.
7. Players that are eligible to receive a prize will be contacted by the prize supplier within 10 working days of winning their prize, to confirm their delivery details. If your delivery address is not confirmed after 3 attempts, no further attempts will be made and if your address is still not confirmed by the 10th May 2012, you will not be eligible to receive the prize.
8. Prizes won through this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Delivery of prizes will take place within 60 days of the delivery details being confirmed. It is each winner's own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the winner's home country. Betfair is not liable for safe delivery of your prize.
10. Prizes are subject to availability, and Betfair reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute the award of any prize for an alternative prize of similar value.
11. Any cash prizes won through the 1st and 2nd Half will be credited to the winner's Betfair account within 10 working days of winning the prize.
12. The winner of the 2nd Half will receive an expense credit as part of their prize, the amount of which is based on the winner's country of residence registered on their Betfair account:
    • EU Residents: Total of $1900
    • Non EU Residents: Total of $3300
13. Prizes won through this promotion can be combined with any loyalty rewards, promotions and bonuses.
14. Betfair Poker reserves the right to modify the terms of this promotion or to discontinue it at any time.
15. A Betfair account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Collusion with other players is grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes earned.
16. No account can be used from more than one computer at the same time.
17. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated before any prizes are processed.
18. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Betfair and its affiliate companies their agents or those of their respective group companies may take part in this promotion.
19. Players from the following countries are ineligible to participate in this promotion: U.S.A, China, Japan, Italy, France, Australia, South Africa, Turkey.
