Durrr continues his hot streak with another $400k Sunday

Tom "Durrrr" Dwan continued his hot streak over the weekend with a small Sunday Grind of his own. Playing several sessions of Pot Limit Omaha, Dwan netted $428,918.50 on the day. Durrrr played only 873 hands of $100/$200 PLO (6-max) and $200/$400 PLO CAP (6-max) to continue running up his bankroll.

In some of the larger pots, Dwan took down a few $52k pots including this hand where Durrrr flops a straight with 2d-3h-5h-3s, and it held in a 3-way pot with trex313 and gamblegambel.

In this hand, Durrrr gets it in with 5h-6c-8d-Th, flopping top pair with a couple of straight draws, and goes runner-runner to fill up for the win against chipchip and THEDONKEYNO1.

Durrrr won another 3-way pot against gamblegambel and THEDONKEYNO1 when his 6h-Ad-As-Th dodges all the outs and his Aces hold to win another $55k pot here.

Durrrr’s most recent uptick has him just $280k shy of the $8 million in profits mark, but is still a long way from his personal peak of $9.9 million back in October of 2009. Expect Dwan to be very active at the online tables until early September, when he travels to London for the World Series of Poker Europe, to continue his quest for a bracelet, and make good on some of his prop bets.
