Betfair Premier Cup - Week 1 Winners
Week one of the Betfair Premier Cup has come to an end and the results of week one are in! The first week was quiet with only 4 players earning badges so there's plenty of opportunities to get playing and start winning some great prizes!
Betfair Premier Cup Prizes
The main prizes include an official 2012 signed Manchester United replica shirt and VIP tickets to see Manchester United play Sunderland at home at Old Trafford including travel expenses. As well as this, Betfair are giving away an iPad2 or a Samsung Laptop to first place winners, PS3 or Beats by Dre. headphones for second place and a Reebok sports bag for third place.
We expected week one to be a quiet one and it was. If you entered and played, you were in with a good chance of winning a prize.
Week 1 Winners

This badge, requires the player to win a hand with hole cards 10 and 7 (hand must go to showdown, pot must be minimum of 75bb).
1st prize winner: sicklines
The first place winner, sickliness, won the "Bend It Like Rooney" achievement an amazing SIX times for 25 points each! For coming in first place, sickliness can choose either an iPad or a Laptop!
2nd prize winner: miku_miku
In second place, miku_miku won the "Bend It Like Rooney" achievement twice. Coming second, miku_miku has the choice of either a PS3 or a pair of Beats headphones by Dr Dre.
3rd prize winner: markuspolo88
Third place went to markuspolo88 with one achievement earned. He beat out ondarch1 who also earned that achievement, but markuspolo88 got his first! Coming third, markuspolo88 wins a Reebok sportsbag.
So that's week one wrapped up, all badges that were earned are awarded and the winners are settled.
