Hand histories are simply a play by play log of a poker hand played from beginning to end. It includes all know cards, betting actions, and outcome. The online poker sites generate these hand histories as a proof log of the hand which took place, both for their internal record as well as the record of the players involved. Back to questions

Each data point on its own doesn’t provide a lot of useful information, but the aggregated sum of thousands or millions of these data points forms very powerful trends and statistics that help you better analyze your own game and that of your opponent. Most serious online poker players import the hands into a poker tracking software, like PokerTracker, Hold’em Manager, or Poker Office. Such software take the imported hand histories, process and analyzes them, then outputs a lot of very interesting key stats and reports on the players involved. You may buy hand histories here, simply follow the 3 step process which allows you to chose the poker site you play at, the limits you play, and the quantity of hands you would like to purchase. If you play on multiple sites and/or multiple limits, you can add additional batches to your shopping cart and then check out and pay for them all at once. Back to questions
Once you have placed your order, it will take a few minutes for our system to gather all the hands you just purchased and place them into a single zip file. Once the file is prepared, you will receive an email with a direct download link to the file, the same link will also be available in your "My Account" section. Back to questions
To download the hands, simply click on the direct link sent to your email, or go to "My Account" section and click on the download link there. Depending on the browser you use, it will likely ask you if you wish to open it or save as, we recommend you chose to save as and pay attention to what directory on your computer it is saving to. You can then go open the zip file and extract the text files containing the hand histories into a folder of your choice. Back to questions

On the 3rd step of the purchase process, you are asked to select the quantity of hands you would like, we then display a chart showing you exactly what dates are included in that quantity batch. Back to questions
In any one order, all hands should be unique and non should be a duplicate of another hand in the same order. Back to questions
To avoid duplicates on your repeat orders, a chart is provided during the order process that will show you exactly what dates the hands you are buying are coming from. Always check this chart to make sure that the first day of the hands included in that order is newer than your previous placed order date. Back to questions
The hand histories are provided in the standard format used by the poker room they originated from. This format makes it easy and convenient to import and use them with your favorite tracking software. Back to questions
The hand histories will include all of the latest hands over a specific time period for a specific stake at a specific site. We do not sell hands filtered by specific players involved in the hand. Back to questions
The Daily Hands Feed subscription will deliver the latest fresh hands to you each day. Our system automatically sorts the hands to make sure you get new unique hands each day with no duplicates. Back to questions
Having the latest information on your opponents is crucial to staying one step ahead in your poker game, and the best way to do this is by getting the absolute freshest hands daily. Back to questions
Once you subscribe to the Daily Hands Feed, it is up to you how often you wish to download the hands. You can download them as often as daily, or whenever you feel like it. They will always be available and waiting in your "My Account" section. Back to questions
To download, go to "My Account" section where you will find your subscription orders. You can chose to expand and download a single day, or you may download all days by clicking on the "Download Now" link. If you chose to Download Now, it will assemble all the files into a single zip file, and then provide you the option to download it. We recommend saving the file to a directory on your computer, and then extracting it to a folder of your choice. You will notice that the single zip file you download will contain many zip files within it. Before you can import the hands into your tracking software, you will need to extract the text files compressed in those zip files into a folder of your choice. Back to questions
When you want to stop your subscription simply go to My Account and locate the subscription you wish to stop. If it is still active, there will be a link to cancel it below the stakes. We recommend you do this a couple days before the end of your billing cycle. Once cancelled you will receive hands until your next bill date occurs at which point your subscription will cease.
