If you're already a PTR Premium Silver/Gold subscriber and you run out of searches before renewal, you will automatically receive 10 free searches a day and full access to the Premium Content. • Player Search
  Searching for any player will deduct 1 search from your account. You can click on any tab (Overview, Premium, Analysis, Hands, Sessions, Opponents or Grader) and no additional searches will be deducted. You can also search for that player again within 30 minutes without another search being deducted from your account. If the player name is not found (you mistyped it, it doesn't exist, etc.), no searches will be deducted.
• Premium Table Finder
  5 searches will be deducted from your account every time you run a search and change the stakes, game type or the number of players. If you do the EXACT same search within 30 minutes, no additional searches will be deducted. Accessing the default page from the navigation menu ($1/$2, NL, 7-10 Players) will not deduct any searches from your account.
• Hand Replayer
  No searches will be deducted from your account for using the Hand Replayer.
• Forums / Blog
  No searches will be deducted from your account for accessing the forums or blog.
• WebHUD
  We strongly recommend you type in only your own screen name when using the WebHUD (it's not that useful to look up other people). Upon a successful search, WebHUD uses 2 searches per table every 30 minutes. So if you play 4 tables for an hour, it would use 16 searches (2 searches x 4 tables x 2 half-hour blocks).

If you upgrade from Silver to Gold or Pay-As-You-Go to Silver/Gold, you will automatically receive a credit that will be deducted from the total cost of the upgrade. The amount of the credit is based on how many searches you have remaining.

For example, let's say you want to upgrade from the 3-month Silver plan to the 3-month Gold plan. To sign up for the Silver plan, you paid $16.99/month for 3 months for a total of $50.97. This is your second month using the Silver plan and you already used 244/1000 searches this month. You will get credited 1 full month ($16.99) and $12.84 for the searches you have remaining this month. Upgrading to the 3 month Gold plan normally costs $127.47, but you will automatically receive $29.83 off ($16.99 + $12.84) for the money you spent on the Silver plan.Back to questions
