ok I plugged the information into pokerstove and on the flop the percentages are 97.172% v his 2.828%. Not by any means the worst beat ever, but pretty sick!!

Mate of mine had AQ, flop came QQQ. 10-bet the flop all-in. Guy turns over KK. Comes K on the turn K on the river. THAT is the sickest beat ever (you can't get worse, running two exact cards). It was also for $2000 on a $5/10, which makes it not so fun.

I've had something similar when had 88 flop 844, we both checked turn a 2, both all in river a 2 and he has 22 of course.

OP: The fact that you called the PF 5x raise with such a low suited connector in the first place was shady, and then with your all in call of 5 high and 2 cards to come, even if he had the 6c, nevermind AXc, you would have been in pretty rough shape.

I seen a guy in a live £500 MTT flop Quad 66s and it all went in against QQ and the two remaining Queens popped out. Never happened to me tho touch wood. Worst Ive had was pretty similiar to yours. AJ spades, flop 3 spades and the original raiser shoved with KK with K spades. Board paired on turn and K on river gg. Flip side I played a live tourney and got it in on J high flop with AJ versus JJ and caught running aces. Thought that only happened on the internet!

Just another Bad Beat story. What were you doing calling 5x raise with 45c anyway? Loose play wins big pots but there is the other side of the variance too! Even if he had the six of clubs you were in trouble.

I thought for a little while before calling the shove.. Hes not shoving a flush. I figure he must have AK w/o a club judging by the 5x raise pre or he had a set of kings, im not sure my equity againest a set, i dont use pokerstove much ( laziness ) still all-in-all its bs, the 4 of a kind over 4 of a kind thing is ridicoulous though.
