Deducted money from visa card without order.

Hi, i ve bought subscription in august, but today 17.28$ was deducted from my visa card and ive received hh for 1 september. I didnt ordered anything this month and dont need any subscription now, so please give me my money back. I wrote support but didnt get any answer.

The hand history subscriptions renew until you cancel. As long as you email us to cancel the daily hands prior to your renewal date, you will not be rebilled.

We have issued you a full refund for 17.28 and cancelled your daily hands. You have your last download today and as of tomorrow, you will not receive anymore.
