Let Buddy List Follow Stars Players Without Stats

Stars does NOT prohibit the use of a buddy list. I paid a lot for my PTR service and would like to still get something out of it. Please enable the buddy list to scan for Stars players sitting and just remove the feature for showing statistics like it used to be. This way you provide a useful service I will continue to subscribe to while not breaking any TOS of Stars.
