Did You Order Hand Histories? Back Them Up!

PTR HH Customers,

If you've ever ordered PTR hand histories, you should ensure that you back them up! We commonly have people lose the hand histories they ordered and we are NOT able to replace those hands if a significant amount of time has passed.

The rule of thumb is that you MUST back up your hand histories within 12 days of the time you purchase your hand histories. After 12 days have passed, we are not able to issue additional downloads for HH orders.
