Hey guys,
Sorry about this issue. It's only affecting Chrome users at the moment and the solution is simply to clear your PokerTableRatings cookies.
We've received some notice that a few Firefox users may experience the same issue, depending on what version you're using. The steps for deleting individual cookies in Firefox are below as well.
For Chrome:
1. Click the Wrench Icon in the top right of your Chrome browser
2. Select Settings
3. Click Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the page
4. In the Privacy section, click Content settings
5. In the Cookies section, click All cookies and site data
6. Do a search for PokerTableRatings and simply delete these cookies.
When you log in next, you shouldn't have any trouble afterwards.
For Firefox:
1. Click on the Firefox dropdown menu in the top left of your browser
2. Click on Options
3. Click on the Privacy tab
4. Click the "remove individual cookies" option
5. Search for PokerTableRatings and remove the cookies that appear
When you log in next, you shouldn't have any trouble afterwards.
For Internet Explorer:
1. While on the PokerTableRatings homepage, press the F12 key
2. Select the Cache tab
3. Click on Clear Cookies for a domain
4. Click Yes
When you log in next, you shouldn't have any trouble afterwards.
