I have several times in the past called out exactly what's wrong with the Buddy List and how you can fix it:

for starters.

But those things haven't gotten fixed. I don't know how else I can stress the importance of the points I brought up there...but they didn't get any sort of acknowledgement or reply. I'm imploring you to look at them. I'm a PTR power user and can assure you that I've got my finger pretty squarely on the pulse of what's right and wrong with the Buddy List. Email me if you want to have a more in-depth conversation and I'll be happy to walk you through what needs to be done.

But start with my posts above. The "new" buddy list has a few facepalm fails that wouldn't take too much tweaking to fix.

We have not ignored any of the comments made, we've simply been unable to meet everyone's requests at the same time and had to prioritize some features and improvements over others. We understand your frustrations and we are now at a point that we will be able to address some of the statements directly.

Feedback is a key in anything we do in the future so we will focus our efforts heavily on the points made in this poll. The responses we've received (which have been great) are going to drive the core features and improvements we undertake, and once we've internally decided on where to start, we will have more specific threads where valuable feedback such as yours will help us provide a feature that we can be proud of and our users get maximum value from.

Before adding new features I think it makes more sense working out bugs in existing features ( I reference top winners table/filtering here)

+1 ALOT better tracking. way to many sessions are missing.
Anyways always nice to log in here and look up players for fun and who you are playing

We will continue to work on stability issues and other maintenance things that do crop up, including continuing to improve our infrastructure to reduce MIA and Search Engine Busy errors (which have been reduced in recent months, but we can and will do better with these).

These types of things will continue to be a high priority. The purpose of this poll was to get a feel for where the community wanted PTR to go next in terms of major improvements to existing features, or if the community was overwhelmingly looking for a whole new feature altogether to make the experience at PTR that much better.
