login problems

Same browser / session (IE) - It allows me to access the forum, just not stats. It seems to me that there is a problem associated with access from a particular location + PC combo. When at home I can access the site normally from another computer, but cannot get access from mine. I've cleared cache etc. as per suggestion. I take my laptop to another location and it accesses fine.

For IE users, can you press F12 while on the PTR homepage, and under the Cache tab, click on View Cookie Information.

A new tab should appear (pointing to your own hard drive where cookies are locally stored). Does this page appear blank or are their tables of information showing the cookies related to PTR?

We appreciate the technical feedback provided (as we are currently unable to replicate the issue) and sincerely apologize to those of you who may be experiencing login problems. We will sort this out as soon as possible.

For any users having issues that have TeamViewer installed, please PM me and we can set up a session so I can see all of the settings that could be causing the issue. We're unfortunately unable to recreate the problem on our own machines.

Hey guys,

Some users have been able to log into their accounts from the forum or from www.pokertableratings.com/blog and then gone to the other pages of the site successfully logged in (such as by using the search bar found on this page).

As a temporary solution, once you've confirmed that the cookie deletion method doesn't work, please try this and you should be able to access the other parts of the site.

We will continue to investigate the issue and have a more permanent and reasonable fix implemented as soon as possible.

It is difficult for us to fix what a few individual users are experiencing when we are unable to recreate the issue on our own machines.

I've seen that you were able to make player searches today (June 28th). Please share the details on how you were able to login and do so, and we can investigate further. You can contact me via PM as well for a private discussion about your set up (laptop/pc, experienced on multiple ISPs, etc.)

I finally got it to work! U go to that link u had above www.pokertableratings.com/blog. From there hit log out. Then go to the home page and log in and it should let you.
