Some hands are temporarily offline

As you may have noticed, many profiles have a substantial number of hands/results missing.

These hands are not lost, they are still safely stored within our database. We are currently replacing a piece of hardware that communicates with each of the drives, and during this process we are temporarily keeping this data offline while we configure everything.

The technician will be continuing the process until Tuesday and then we should have hands back on player profiles again.

I will post any updates here and answer any questions you may have.

Yes my hands are slowly being deleted to (mostly winning hands).

Also today when I click the session tab, nothing shows up anymore for any player on the merge network.

We're investigating the sessions issue. If we have the hands, they were not deleted, we just have to figure out why they're not showing up and re-insert them to profiles. I'll post an update as soon as we have some info to share.

We've addressed both the issue of the missing sessions details as well as the hands that seemed to disappear from player profiles overnight.

Working now, but you didn't to my other thread about how when its AIPF on the merge network, you can't see the holecards on PTR...
