Player Backstory
Mike "The Mouth" Matusow is one of the best Omaha Hi Low players in the world. Starting out a as a dealer, he got familiar with the poker world. He decided to play full time and is now part of the Full Tilt Poker team.
Matusow, one of the most colorful players, is well-known for being extremely talkative at the table, constantly teasing and needling his opponents, and never holding back emotional outbursts. His play has earned appearances on High Stakes Poker and Poker After Dark. He was formerly the host of the Circuit, Card Player Magazine.s podcast, until they replaced him with Joe Sebok and Gavin Smith.
These days, Mike Matusow likes to keep busy by playing online poker at places like Full Tilt under "Mike Matusow", PokerStars under "MrPokeJoke", and Ultimate Bet under "dill pickle", in addition to his live tournament appearances.
