Player Backstory

Phil Galfond is one of the most successful PLO and NLHE players. He plays as 'OMGClayAiken' on FullTilt and 'MrSweets28' on PokerStars. Phil is also the founder and lead instructor on BlueFirePoker.com.

Phil started his poker career by playing $10 SNGs. In just two short years, Phil went from playing $5/$10 NL to $200/$400 NL.

When Phil is not playing poker, he's a regular columnist for Bluff Magazine and can be found offering advice on the 2 2 poker forums to new poker players. Galfond's emerging status as one of the true greats of the online game was cemented when he received an invitation to play in Season 4 of GSN's "High Stakes Poker".
