Matt "mbolt1" Bolt is a 26 year old professional poker player and a coach on DragTheBar.com. He graduated from Winthrop University in 2005, but didn't start playing poker until 2007.

After some initial success, Matt had a horrible run in early 2008 and lost his bankroll. He turned to his friend and mentor Dusty “Leatherass” Schmidt for support. With a $10,000 staking deal, Matt quickly moved up in stakes. He made $10,000 month in March 2008, $20,000 in April, and $30,000 in May. By November, he had his first $100,000 month.

Matt currently lives in Greenville, SC. His poker philosophy revolves around avoiding fancy play and creating opportunities to capitalize on others' mistakes.
